With the continuous development of the economy,the competition between companies has become more and more fierce.In the past,a certain technology can become the core competitiveness of the company,or because of the extremely high capital threshold to deter others.With the rapid development of the information age,the security period of technology has been gradually shortened,and the advantages are no longer obvious.In today's great financial age,various financing channels have gradually reduced the importance of capital.Therefore,the development of the enterprise needs to seek a new way out,in the management of potential become the main direction of the enterprise.Management runs through every aspect of the enterprise,and the quality of management will eventually be reflected in the price of the product.However,80%of the price of the general product depends on the price of raw materials,so it is necessary to gain an advantage in product costs.It is necessary to seek optimization ideas from the raw material management of products.This paper mainly aims at a chemical enterprise,R Co.,Ltd 's production material management process to analyze,find out problems and put forward improvement plans.To do a good job in the management of production materials,we must pay attention to the entire process of production materials circulation.In terms of internal management,first of all,enterprises must classify and manage the production materials according to their importance,that is,allow limited funds to be used in an important position and reduce the opportunity cost of funds.The second is to optimize procurement management,because with the classification management of production materials as the basis,enterprises can adopt different procurement plans based on the classification of different materials.For example,for bottleneck materials,they need to retain a certain amount of inventory to ensure production continuity.For some unimportant materials,inventory can be reduced or even zero inventory.In terms of external management,because of the classification of materials and different procurement plans,enterprises can optimize the management of suppliers of raw materials,and enterprises and suppliers should change from mutual vigilance in the past to win-win relations.Supplier management should be integrated into the overall management objectives of the company.By optimizing the three important management links through the circulation process of production materials,enterprises can greatly reduce the cost of products and improve the market competitive advantage of products.This article is mainly based on supply chain theory,inventory classification management theory,punctual procurement theory and "zero inventory" theory,and combines the problems existing in the inventory,procurement and supplier management of R Co.,Ltd.Company to conduct optimization research.The latter part of the full text proposes some practical solutions to the existing problems.With the continuous advancement and implementation of the program,some results have been achieved in a relatively short period of time,and greater progress should be made in the near future.In short,the theory of the full text in conjunction with practice will not only enrich the relevant theory,but also have a certain reference for the same type of enterprises in the material management process.
