Based on the air quality of five areas in Harbin(Daoli District,Daowai District,Nangang District,Pingfang District,Songbei District),this paper uses air quality data from January 1,2018 to February 28,2019 as data support.Analyze whether there are differences in air quality indicators across regions and indicate whether these differences are significant.This paper crawls the air quality data of various regions of Harbin in China weather website,which contains 23,286 observations.Each observation contains 18 attributes,which can be divided into four categories: location information,time information,weather conditions and air quality information..Through data cleaning,descriptive analysis is carried out in different dimensions,mainly for the distribution of AQI(Air Quality Index)and the trend of different pollutants in each region.The results show that in the time series,the trend of AQI and various pollutants in different regions remains the same.When the months,weeks and time points are unchanged,there are obvious differences in these air pollution indicators.Among them,the indicators in Nangang District and Daoli District are significantly higher than other regions.In this paper,the k-means clustering method is used to cluster the air quality data,and then reclassify according to the distribution of the observations in each cluster.Finally,the Wilcoxon rank sum test method is used to verify the significant difference of air quality in each region.The results show that the different air quality indicators in different regions are significantly different.he descriptive statistical process found that in the second half of February 2019,AQI showed a clear upward trend.Combined with the wind direction,wind speed and geographic location of each region,it can be found that the west-south region of Harbin is within this time period.Large area burning straw.Through cluster analysis The five areas are divided into three categories: the first category is Nangang District and the Daowai District,and the air quality is relatively poor;the second category is the Pingfang District and the Songbei District,and the air quality is better;the third category is the Daoli District,and the air quality is introduced.Between the first two.In addition,the rank sum test results show that the PM2.5content in Songbei District and other regions show significant differences,and it is the best annual air quality in Harbin.The main reason for the difference in air quality in various regions is the difference in PM10 content in various regions.PM10 mainly includes exhaust pollutants emitted from industrial processes.It can be seen from the results that there are many factories in Nangang District and Daowai District,and the industrial level is relatively developed.
