This study improvement and optimization a method for simultaneous detection of 18 environmental endocrines in smoked and cooked sausage products,infant formula and honey by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)by positive and negative source simultaneous monitoring mode.The samples were homogenized by 10% isopropanol-acetonitrile and purified by HLB solid phase extraction column and analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS instrument.The purified solution was separated by an ultra performance liquid chromatography column Atlantis T3(2.1×100 mm,1.7?m),and then eluted with a gradient of methanol-0.02% formic acid.The linear relationship was good in the range of 0.00 ng/mL to 800 ng/mL,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9966 to 0.9991,among dimethyl phthalate(DMP),bis(2-methoxy)phthalate(DMEP),di(2-ethoxy)ethyl phthalate(DEEP),ortho-benzene Diethyl dicarboxylate(DEP),dibutyl phthalate(DBP),butyl benzyl phthalate(BBP),di(2-butoxy)phthalate(DBEP),dipentyl phthalate(DPP),dihexyl phthalate(DHXP),di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP),nonylphenol and bisphenol A.Progesterone,testosterone,estradiol,estriol,hydrocortisone,and hydrocortisone have a good linear relationship in the range of 0.00 ng/mL to 200 ng/mL,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9988 to 0.9995.The average accuracy(in terms of median value)of the high-,medium-level,and low-level positive-controlled samples of the three types of substrates was 80.2 to 94.8%,and the relative deviation was 3.09% to 9.99% by 20 times.The method has high recovery rate and good repeatability,and can be used for the detection of 18 environmental endocrine in smoked sausage products,infant formula and honey.The method has high recovery rate and good repeatability,and can be used for detection of 18 environmental endocrine in smoked sausage products,infant formula and honey.
