In recent years,people have been actively exploring the use of biomass pigments in textile dyeing.Microbial pigments are more suitable for industrial production than those extracted from plants and insects.Many microbial pigments are intracellular metabolites.The extraction and preparation of microbial pigments require a complex biological separation process,which leads to high production costs.Moreover,many kinds of microbial pigments have low water solubility,which also increases the difficulty of dye preparation and dyeing process.In order to promote the application of microbial pigments in textile dyeing,the idea of preparing dyes based on fermentation broth by increasing the ratio of pigment secretion to extracellular was put forward.Taking pyrrole structure red nano-pigments from microorganisms as the research object,the influencing factors and regulating ways of substance transmembrane transmission were studied by constructing a flat-plate phospholipid bilayer membrane experimental platform,and the breakthrough methods of cell membrane permeability barrier were explored to realize the bio-preparation of nano-pigments dye solution.The results showed that the scale and surface electrical properties of the transferred substance havd significant effects on the mass transfer across the membrane,and the system environment also had an impact on the mass transfer effect.Adding permeability reagents or physical treatment could induce the environmental response behavior of substance transmembrane mass transfer,improve cell membrane permeability and increase the concentration of extracellular substances.Moreover,the synergistic effect of permeability reagents in fermentation culture system was more conducive to the transmembrane mass transfer of microbial pigments.The results showed that the physical and chemical methods to regulate the transmembrane mass transfer behavior of microbial pigments as intracellular metabolites could effectively improve the efficiency of transmembrane mass transfer of microbial pigments and realize the efficient transfer of intracellular pigments to extracellular ones.In this study,the bio-preparation method of nano-pigments dye solution was formed,and the preparation of dye solution based on fermentation broth was realized by controlling the fermentation process of microbial pigments preparation,thus avoiding the complex biological separation process of pigments extraction,which had a positive role in promoting the construction of microbial pigments dyeing method for textiles.
