| In the oil exploration and petrochemical industries,the moisture content of crude oil is an important parameter,which is of great significance to the prediction of oil well information,crude oil extraction and dehydration,and oil refining and processing.With the continuous improvement of signal processing technology at home and abroad,ultrasonic testing technology is favored because of its advantages such as fast measurement speed,high precision,and no environmental pollution.Domestic research on the moisture content of crude oil for ultrasonic testing started relatively late.In a complex production environment,the test accuracy of crude oil moisture content is not high.Therefore,the research on the factors affecting the moisture content of ultrasonic testing crude oil becomes very important.The paper has analyzed and compared the testing methods of crude oil moisture content commonly used at home and abroad,and selected ultrasonic method according to its advantages and disadvantages.Through the ultrasonic testing principle and the establishment of an ultrasonic experimental platform,the temperature,bubble,ultrasonic frequency,and probe installation methods were used to analyze the moisture content of ultrasonic testing crude oil.For the influence of temperature,the theoretical study of the ultrasonic velocity of sound is firstly conducted to establish a mathematical model of temperature effect on the moisture content of crude oil.Then,according to the temperature experimental platform,experimental testing and data processing are performed.Finally,the correction formula of the moisture content of crude oil under the condition of temperature influence is obtained,and the verification formula is verified.For the influence of air bubbles,firstly through the theoretical study of the effect of air bubbles on ultrasonic sound speed,a mathematical model of the influence of air bubbles on the moisture content of crude oil was established.Then,according to the bubble experiment platform,experimental tests and data processing and analysis were performed.Finally,the correction formula for the moisture content of crude oil under the influence of air bubbles was obtained,and the verification formula was verified.For the influence of ultrasonic frequency,firstly,the ultrasonic frequency influences the theoretical study of ultrasonic attenuation,establishes the mathematical model of the effect of ultrasonic frequency on the moisture content of crude oil,and then carries out the theoretical analysis of the effect of ultrasonic frequency on the moisture content of crude oil.For the influence of the ultrasonic probe installation method,the resolution analysis of the moisture content of the crude oil is first performed through the change of the probe installation distance,and then the theoretical analysis of the measurement error of the moisture content of the crude oil is performed through the change of the probe installation position.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that changes in crude oil temperature,air bubbles,ultrasonic frequencies,and probe installation methods all affect the measurement accuracy of the crude oil moisture content.Through the analysis of influencing factors,the accuracy of ultrasonic testing of crude oil moisture content is improved.Research and exploration provide reference value for further research on the ultrasonic testing of the moisture content of crude oil. |
