With the rapid development of the international economy,production of petroleum as a non-renewable energy source is gradually declining.Natural gas hydrate(NGH),as a new mineral resource with huge carbon reserves,become one of the most promising unconventional alternative energy sources following shale gas,coalbed methane,and tight gas.Thus it has attracted widespread attention in recent years.The lack of testing method for NGH sand flowing in high-pressure pipelines in the deep-water non-diagenesis NGH solidified fluidized-bed mining simulation test system needs to be solved.On the basis of full investigation,this paper proposes a method for testing sand content based on array lasers based on the extraction technology of marine gas hydrates and actual mining simulation test requirements,and completes the overall system of sand content testing systems,System hardware and software design,device selection and prototype production.The computational fluid dynamics theory and FLUENT finite element simulation software were used to analyze the movement position and movement trend of the solid sand particles and hydrate particles in the pipeline.A sand content test system was designed for the sand content measurement in pipe flow of non-diagenetic NGH production.The hardware part of the test system is mainly divided into light path and circuit design.The design of the optical path part mainly studied the characteristics of the laser,the characteristics of the solid sand particles in the tube flow to the parallel laser beam of the array,and the selection of the photoelectric device and the design of the test system.The circuit part mainly performs the power supply circuit design of the modulation circuit and the total test system.The data acquisition module uses C language programming software to transmit the signal received by the photoelectric converter to the upper computer for KNN analysis,and then displays the measured sand content from the man-machine interface.Solidworks software was used for modeling,designing and processing,and a testing prototype for sand content testing system was completed.After the prototype was debugged,the photoelectric parameters were received and processed in the laboratory to verify the correctness of the array sand content measurement system technology.The sand content measurement system based on the laser network format array proposed in this paper is of pioneering significance for the testing of the sand content in the simulated pipe flow NGH.Although the research results at the current stage have not yet reached the level of practical application,they provide important reference for follow-up research and have broad prospects for development.
