Silicone material is a new group of composite materials that combines the outstanding features of organic and inorganic materials. In recent years, with its excellent physical and chemical properties such as temperature adaptability, environmental adaptability, electrical insulation, optical characteristics and biological characteristics,it has been widely and significantly used in advanced science and technology, national defense industry, industrial production, daily chemical products and medical treatment.Hydrosilylation which is one of the synthesis of silicone materials takes an extremely important position, with its numerous applications and in-depth research in the industry. The transition metals and their compounds show an effective catalytic function on the hydrosilylation reaction, which the Speier catalyst and the Karstedt catalyst represent the classic catalysts. However, they occupy an unignorable amount of the cost of the silicone materials synthesis, because such catalysts utilize precious metals such as platinum as the active centers and they are difficult to recycle. In order to promote the development of low-cost hydrosilylation catalysts, two types of copper and ruthenium compounds are selected as inexpensive metal active centers. Then metal-organic frameworks complexes can be synthesized by solvothermal method with the organic ligand which can activate the active centers. The elemental composition, organic structure, metal valence, and space configuration of the two complexes have be studied by elemental analysis,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.Through UV-Vis spectrum analysis, thermogravimetry analysis, and hydrosilylation catalytic analysis,it can explore the optical properties, thermal properties and catalytic properties of the two in detail. The results demonstrate that two complexes of C24H16N4Cu3I3(1a)and C30H18N4O8Ru(lb)have been successfully synthesized. The curing effect is the good when the blending system reacts for 24 h under the optimized conditions of 0.04%addition of 1a complex at 150?.And lb complex can give better cured products when 0.04%is added and react at 180? for 24 h.The two complexes show remarkable catalytic effectiveness on hydrosilylation, and can be synthesized with the advantages of low-cost raw materials, simple preparation method and convenient storage. It is worthwhile to expect the solution of the high cost of precious metal catalysts in hydrosilylation,as the complexes perform commercial value potentially in the substitution of traditional catalysts.
