The Application Of Traditional Elements In Modern Dining Design

With the continuous development of people's material and spiritual aspects in social life,pe ople have taken catering space as a place for diet,leisure and social activities indaily life,a nd the previous simple concept of dining has gradually turned into the diversified demand for enjoyment and leisure.Not only require the environment,elegant and comfortable,have individual character characteristic,have emotional appeal atmosphere,have cultural taste,obtain spirit to enjoy besides,the characteristic in food management,diversification,thematic change,the stylization of food space,individuatio n also more important.Therefore,the theme design of catering space satisfies people's demand for individuation to some scene of the space environment.Traditional decorative elements have been used in all aspects of the design world in recent years,including interior design.We have an inexhaust ible supply of inspiration elements in traditional culture,and the precious wealth that history has precipitated for us has enteredpeople's eyes againin today's society,becoming a greatpart of modern design.And h owto use the traditional decorative elements reasonably in the design of modern catering space,and show the spiritual connotation and cultural significance of Chinese style through thedesign method,it is every designer,especially catering designers should think deeply.In our country and culture,particularly in catering space of regional features,different,different cultures of different regions in adornment element is also different,embodies the overall environment of the atmosphere will be different,especially Chinese vastland,every province relatively great differences in dietculture and habits the same province south north differences may also is bigger,which requires the designermust first grasp the e xact connotation of traditional decorative elements,cultural meaning religious belief,etc,in the modern catering space for art tocreate,make it a particular import ant constitute part of the dining space.In this thesis,first of all to overview and summary of Chinese food culture,for Chinese regional diet characteristics were analyzed,and discussed the geographical environment,the differences o f eating habits and dining space environment,second,the function of modern catering space partition,overv iew and analysis on the style and basic form,the traditional decorative elements,this paper mainly fr om the traditional decorative elements analysis of the connotation and the basic form in the final analysis the modern catering space combination in the form of the contemporary era background,the traditional theory of content with a new interpretation Through the analysis of an example,the paper verifies the theoretical basis presented inthe previous pap er,and summarizes how to better integrate the traditional decorative elements into the modern catering space environment design.This is also the significance of this research.Through the research,review,summary and summary of the relevant knowledge of this pap er,in thisprocess.Experience the author also fully aware not all do design industry support,t he theory of culturalunderstanding and mastering is also the key to promote thedesign,now design threshold is low,a largenumber of designers to design activities in the market,but in my opinion,the design is the creation ofprivate custom activities,rather than the same paste,becauseeveryone is different to the demandof environment.Secondly,when designers carry out design activities,they directly copy traditi onal elements in to the indoor space,piling up and superimposing eachother.The contradictory effect is contr ary to the theme design.Therefore,through writing this paper,the author also believes that in the future at the design road,we should improve our design quality and cultural accumulation,so that traditionand modernity can find the best media and live in harmony.
