Amino acids are basic structural of protein and they are widely used in the food science,Pharmaceuticals,additive and cosmetic industries.Therefore,the synthesis of amino acid has attracted much attention of chemists.Many synthesis methods has been developed.Chiral pyridoxal/pyridoxamine catalyzed asymmetric biomimetic transamination of ?-keto acids has been developed into an attractive method for the synthesis of chiral amino acids.Based on mechanism of the chiral asymmetric transamination process,we designed and synthesized new chiral pyridoxamine catalysts containing two side arms.The chiral pyridoxamine displayed good performance in catalytic asymmetric transamination of ?-keto acids,producing various ?-amino acids in 68-92% yield with 72-91% ee.Both of the side arms participated in catalysis,resulting in better activity and higher enantioselectivity.
