The intelligent controlled release system of drug carrier based on mesoporous silica has been recognized by most scientists.However,with the progress of nanotechnology,the single mesoporous material,its functional unity and application limitations are gradually exposed.Compared with the single nanometer material,the nanocomposite material has the advantage of multi-function and wide application because of its diverse composition and the synergistic effect of the properties and functions of each component.In the functional materials,magnetic nanocomposites have a very important position.Gold nanoparticles have many advantages,such as high electron density,dielectric properties,catalysis and good biocompatibility.Gold nanoparticles can be designed as immunosensors,which are based on the electrochemical changes caused by the specific binding of antigen and antibody in vivo.Gold nanoparticles have a strong ability to capture electrons,which can greatly improve the activity of biosensors.The smaller the gold particles,the greater the activity.The gold nanoparticles with small particle size can also act as gatekeepers in the biosensor with mesoporous materials as carriers and play the role of opening and blocking the pore channel.This paper integrates the pore structure of mesoporous materials,low toxicity,easy modification,continuous adjustment of mesoporous structure and the ability of magnetic nanomaterials to be enriched,transported and immobilized under magnetic field.Fe3O4 microspheres were prepared by hydrothermal method.And through the interface sol-gel polymerization,a layer of resorcinol-formaldehyde resin is coated on the surface of the ferroferric oxide nanoparticles,and the n-hexane-CTAB-silica composite is electrostatically acted upon by the interaction.The micelles were deposited on the surface of Fe3O4@RF to prepare a core-shell structured magnetic mesoporous silica composite microsphere Fe3O4@RF@mSiO2,The composite microspheres have a large specific surface area,good dispersion and uniformity.The size and shape show good performance and structure.At the same time,gold nanoparticles can be used as gatekeepers to block the pores of mesoporous silica due to their similar size and excellent biocompatibility.The opening and closing of mesoporous silica pores can be controlled by stimulating and closing the pores accordingly to form a complete controlled drug delivery system.
