A novel catalyst(PW/HMCM-22)was prepared by impregnating HMCM-22 molecular sieve with phosphotungstic acid(PW),and the composite catalyst was characterized by XRD,SEM,FT-IR.The results show that the catalyst still maintain the original structure and characteristics of HMCM-22 molecular sieve.The productivity of monododecyl ester(MAP)enhances significantly as PW/HMCM-22 was used to catalyze the esterification between dodecanol and phosphorus pentoxide(P2O5)at molar ration of 2:1.The productivity of MAP reaches 91.4%under the amount of 1.5%catalysts loading 4%PW of the total reactants with adding 6.5%water at 90? and reaction 4 hours.That indicates that PW and the active center of the HMCM-22 sieve promote the esterification cooperatively,and also shows that the PW/HMCM-22 catalyst has excellent catalytic performance,dodecyl phosphate and simulated oils were mixed,the inversion viscosity and film strength of simulated oils enhances with the increase of MAP content;Cationic surfactant dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride(1227)and coconut oil ammonium pentoxy ammonium formate(CPEM)were mixed with anion surfactant octyl polyoxyethylene phosphate potassium salt(8102PK)and dodecyl phosphate potassium salt(1214PK)respectively under different proportion.The surfactivity of those mixture were studied,such as on their wettability,foaming property and stability of emulsion.The results show that CPEM:8102PK and CPEM:1214PK and 1227:1214PK can be stable under any ratio,and 1227:8102PK can exist stably at most ratios except the ratio of 1:1 and 1:2.Compared to the single surfactant,the surface activity of the anion-cationic complex increase and show the decreased surface tension.The surface tension of the 1227:1214PK emulsion decreases by a largest range.However,the surface tension of 1227:8102PK,CPEM:1214PK and CPEM:8102PK emulsion decrease slightly.The wetting time and wettability of anion-cationic complex are significantly shorter than that of the single surfactant.Among them,the wettability of 1227:1214PK mixture is improved remarkably.The foaming ability and stability of CPEM:8102PK,CPEM:1214PK and 1227:1214PK emulsion are better than that of the single surfactant.
