A Research On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of The Environmental Protection Responsibility Of Pharmaceutical Machinery Compan

Nowadays,enterprises have become the main participants in social activities.First,enterprises obtain resources directly or indirectly from the environment for production.While enterprises release the waste of the production to the environment.Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises are the Departments of Manufacturing Equipment for National Economy,so that pollutants such as waste gas,waste water and solid waste will be produced in the production process like casting,welding and other material forming processing,or turning,milling and other cutting processes,at the same time,noise and vibration will be produced,which will destroy the ecological environment and affect the normal life of the surrounding residents.With the deterioration of ecological environment,all countries in the world are intensifying their efforts to find countermeasures to alleviate the ecological deterioration and make the living environment develop in a good direction.Therefore,as the main force to realize low carbon and protect environment,Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises must shoulder the corresponding environmental social responsibility,enhance environmental awareness,actively promote energy conservation and emission reduction,earnestly fulfill environmental responsibility,and improve the institution of environmental protection,so as to promote their long-term development.Based on this,from the perspective of environmental responsibility of A Pharmaceutical Machinery Company,this paper uses the methods of literature analysis,case analysis and comparative analysis to carry out applied research.Based on the overview of the implementation of environmental protection responsibility of A Pharmaceutical Machinery Company,this paper investigates the performance of environmental protection of A Pharmaceutical Machinery Company.Through the investigation,it further draws the existing problems will be drawn and the causes will be analyzed,the countermeasures to improve the performance of environmental protection responsibility of A Pharmaceutical Machinery Company will be put forward.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that A pharmaceutical machinery company is still far from the standard of green enterprises in assuming environmental responsibility,and there are many problems.From the perspective of green enterprises,A Pharmaceutical Machinery Company still has shortcomings in its establishment and development.There are still many problems in assuming environmental responsibility,including:violations of environmental laws and regulations occur from time to time,low utilization rate of new equipment,new technology and technology,inadequate environmental cost management and inadequate implementation of enterprise environmental protection management system.The reasons for the problems in fulfilling the environmental responsibility of enterprises include:lack of awareness of environmental protection,excessive emphasis on enterprise-based interests,lack of corporate environmental culture and ethics,and inadequate education and training of employees' environmental responsibility.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the environmental responsibility of enterprises from the aspects of enhancing the awareness of environmental responsibility of enterprises,building green culture and green management mode of enterprises,implementing national energy consumption and environmental protection standards,and strengthening the organizational management and financial guarantee of environmental responsibility fulfillment.Through strengthening social supervision,enhancing the internal binding force of enterprises and implementing external compulsion,enterprises can make clear their responsibilities in environmental protection,and contribute to environmental protection,energy conservation and emission reduction through active practice.
