As a typical preparation method of one-dimensional nanomaterials,the electrospinning method has the characteristics of large specific surface area,high porosity and high flexibility,and is widely used in fields such as wearable devices,energy,filtration,etc.application prospects.Since it is difficult to simultaneously realize a plurality of functions for a single component,and the electrospinning polymer has disadvantages such as weak electrical properties and high temperature resistance,the electrospinning is combined with the in-phase inorganic nanomaterials of different performance organic substances in order to obtain comprehensive performance.Composite materials of various properties are a relatively versatile solution.Based on this,this paper mainly studies the design,preparation and application of the following nanocomposites.Firstly,a composite electrospun piezoelectric fiber membrane based on polyvinylidene fluoride?PVDF?/barium titanate nanowire?BTO NWs?was designed to monitor the human wearable wireless wearable piezoelectric device.Through research and research on its spinning material and working mechanism,the sensitivity of the device can reach 0.017 kPa-1 and the response time is 290 ms.And the device can be placed on a moving human body part or clothing,and the piezoelectric signal generated by the power conversion,data conversion control,signal acquisition and amplification,wireless data transmission?Bluetooth?module,etc.,generates the piezoelectric signal through real-time wireless transmission,captured and restored by a customized mobile app,enabling wireless monitoring of human motion.Secondly,a flexible stretchable electrode with high stretchability,small resistance change and high thermal conductivity was prepared by electrospinning technology combined with suction filtration method.The tensile electrode maintains good electrical properties under 100%external strain.In addition,the addition of two-dimensional boron nitride nanosheets enhances the thermal conductivity of the sample,which avoids thermal failure due to Joule heat during use,thereby achieving the purpose of protecting the device and extending the life of the device.Due to the simple preparation method and low cost,the flexible stretchable electrode has a good application prospect in the fields of new generation intelligent electronic,high temperature power,electronic equipment and the like.
