The polyurethane acrylate emulsion was synthesized with polymer dialcohol(PTMG1000,PTMG2000 or PPG220),isocyanate(HDI and IPDI),HEMA,TEA,AIBN and TPGDA,from isocyanate group polyurethane prepolymer to terminal acrylate group prepolymer.The effects of polymer dialcohol,DMPA,TPGDA and the molar ratio of HDI and IPDI on properties of adhesive were studied.The structure of Isocyanate group polyurethane prepolymer,Terminal acrylate group prepolymer and polyurethane acrylate emulsion were characterised by FT-IR,TG,ubbelohde viscometer,particle size analyzer,rotary viscometer,tensile testing machine.The results showed that the polyurethane acrylate emulsion prepared by PTMG2000 has the advantages of smaller particle size,better emulsion stability and better performance.At the same conditions,the polyurethane acrylate emulsion prepared by PTMG2000 was better than PTMG1000 and PPG220.When At the same condition of the PTMG2000 / HDI emulsion`s quality content of PTMG2000 was 70%,quality content of DMPA was 3% the emulsion was the smallest emulsion particle size,the smallest viscosity,the most appropriate storage,and tensile shear strength maximum.When the molar content of PTMG2000 was 15.76%,the molar content of DMPA was 9.91%,The HDI / IPDI molar ratio was 1/11,the molar content of HEMA was 22.52%,the molar content of TPGDA was14.86%,the emulsion tensile shear strength was the best,1.67 MPa.
