At present,the nano silicon material has many applications in oil field,such as pressure reducing injection,drilling fluid,tertiary oil recovery and oil field wastewater treatment.As a kind of high and new technology,nano materials have a widely application prospect in oil field chemistry.In this paper,nanoparticles silica is combined with polyacrylamide,which is aimed at improving the linear structure and plugging performance of polymer.The experimental work is as follows:First,synthesis of nano silica particles by sol gel method,and studying different influence factors on the synthesis.Then,using silane coupling agent KH-570 to modify nano silica,and the properties of modified nano silica were investigated after infrared spectrum observation and the rock contact angle test.The core-shell Si O2/PAM microspheres were prepared by the modified silica and acrylamide,and the core-shell structure was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Lastly,the plugging performance of the core-shell PAM microspheres was tested by microporous membrane and sand tube test.This experiment prepared monodisperse spherical nano silica range from40nm-400 nm,and the nano silica surface was modified successfully,so that it becomes hydrophobic.As microporous membrane experiment is 1.5-3 times longer than PAM samples and the resistance coefficient and residual resistance coefficient were higher by23% and 37%,the core-shell PAM with diameter of 5-10?m has better performance of blocking in oil rock,compared with the PAM samples.It shows that the core-shell PAM have better plugging performance,and can enhance oil recovery.
