Research On The Financing Strategy Of DS Environmental Protection Company Based On Supply Chain Finance

As a new force of economic development in the new era,small and medium-sized enterprises have greatly promoted the economic prosperity,social employment and economic transformation,and the social status and economic status have gradually improved.However,compared with other economies,SMEs still face many obstacles in the development process,and financing difficulties are considered to be the biggest obstacle to the development of SMEs.In this paper,I start mainly from the idea of supply chain financing,combining with domestic and international supply chain theory,supply chain financing characteristics,operation mode and risk control measures,etc.Financing of procurement,production,marketing and other aspects,can revitalize the funds for SMEs in the inferior position to the industry chain,alleviate the financial pressure,and improve the using efficiency of funds.In this paper,DS environmental protection company is selected as a case study.Based on the analysis of the industry characteristics and financing environment of DS environmental protection company,combined with the company's main business characteristics,settlement mode and financial data,it analyzes the irrationality of the current financing structure.And on the basis of the above analysis,without increasing the cost of financing,not to change the current mode of operation of the premise,according the operating characteristics of the procurement and sales phase,it designs the supply chain financing scheme suitable for the two stage,and helps enterprises to alleviate the financing problem.The scheme fits the characteristics of enterprise operation and meets the needs of current stage development.It can effectively reduce the difficulty of financing and help enterprises alleviate financial pressure,which is a financing way suitable for their own development.Finally,from the two aspects of internal management improvement and external related subject cooperation,this paper analyzes the relevant safeguard measures of DS company to implement supply chain financing plan,so as to make effective implementation of this plan.
