Objective: To develop a kit for the detection of BSA residues and reduce the cost of detection. Methods: BSA residues were detected by ELISA,and the experimental conditions were studied, and the methodological validation of the method was carried out.In addition, the stability of the kit was studied preliminarily. Results: The experimental conditions of ELISA were determined, and the specificity, repeatability, linearity and detection range were analyzed. The preliminary stability studies indicated that the BSA standard can be preserved for one month using Proclin300.Conclusion: An ELISA kit for the detection of BSA residues has been developed. This kit has the characteristics of good repeatability, high stability and strong specificity. |
