With the improvement of life quality,the demand for food taste is getting increasingly higher.The oil chili sauce is popular with people all over the country,and is exported to overseas.Guizhou is the top province that produces pepper in the country,and the oil chili sauce is also a representative business card of Guizhou.However,the composition of the oil chili sauce is pretty complicated and special.At present,the filling of the oil chili sauce mainly relies on labor.In order to improve the filling efficiency and liberate the productivity,it is necessary to make breakthroughs in the filling technology and develop a machine that can fill automatically for granular oil chili sauce.In this paper,the filling process is summarized.The viscosity experiment on a brand of three kinds of oil chili sauce liquid material is combined with the experimental conclusion.And a suitable filling method-solid-liquid separation filling is obtained.The liquid oily material is filled by a flowmeter of pressure type,and the solid granular material is filled by a measuring cup with constant volume,so as to complete the filling.According to the determined filling method,the structural design of the filling device of solid granular material is designed,which is aimed at the structure and size of screw feeder,rotary-type filling workbench,measuring cup with constant volume,pushing bar and feeding bin.And the assembly drawing of the whole filling device is obtained.All of these provide the theoretical basis for the prototype preparation.The mechanical analysis of the screw feeder in the filling device is carried out,and the force condition of the spiral blade and the screw shaft is analyzed.The static mechanical analysis is performed by ANSYS.Through the simulation,the general aberration nephogram,the equivalent stress nephogram and the equivalent strain nephogram are obtained.The deformation and stress of the screw feeder under normal working conditions are observed,and the rationality of the design is verified.Through the discrete element method,stirring process simulation of the pouring mechanism of the filling device is taken.The EDEM software is used to simulate the motion of the granule.The mixing degree of the granule of the pouring mechanism is analyzed from the qualitative and quantitative perspectives,and some structures are optimized and improved.And the structure of the filling device is determined.Finally,the filling test of the prototype and the effect is pretty good,which has met the requirements of the expected design.
