Modern enterprises are facing complex internal and external competitive environment,but in the final analysis,it is the competition of talents.As the backbone of the sustainable development of enterprises,young employees are the future and hope of enterprises.How to stimulate the enthusiasm of young employees through effective incentives and give full play to the role of young employees in the development of enterprises has become an important aspect of human resources work in modern enterprises.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,Herzberg's two-factor theory and Adams' equity theory,combined with the domestic scholars' research on the incentive problems and Countermeasures of young employees,this paper focuses on the research route of putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.Through questionnaire survey,more than 500 young employees aged 16-34 in J Group are taken as the research objects,and their salaries are from the perspective of salary.Five aspects of compensation incentive,performance incentive,promotion incentive,training incentive and cultural incentive are analyzed.The problems existing in the incentive of young employees in J Group are analyzed,and the deep-seated causes of the problems are explored.Based on the actual situation of J Group and the existing problems,this paper puts forward the improvement strategy of the incentive for young employees in J Group.In the aspect of salary incentive,we should adopt differentiated salary distribution system to enrich salary incentive modes;in the aspect of performance incentive,we should formulate performance plans according to the strategic objectives of enterprises,set differentiated post performance,strengthen performance implementation and supervision,and strengthen performance feedback;in the aspect of promotion incentive,we should improve the promotion system,expand the development platform,create a relaxed development environment,and train leaders;In the aspect of motivation,we should improve the training process system,innovate the system of pairing mentors and apprentices,pay attention to the diversification of training methods;in the aspect of cultural incentives,standardize corporate culture,strengthen public opinion guidance,improve the quality of leaders,build communication platforms and focus on typical establishment.
