Non-ferrous metals are indispensable and important raw materials in the basic industry,while copper and lead are the most representative and widely used non-ferrous metals.The healthy development of the national economy can not be separated from the stable output of such resources.Due to the long history of development and the backward technical means,the resources that are better utilized have been exploited.Copper-lead polymetallic sulfide ore has always been the focus of development and utilization,but also a problem faced by the mineral processing workers.It is difficult to achieve effective separation because of the low grade of raw ore or the high grade of raw ore with complex symbiotic relationship.In this paper,the research on high content of copper,lead and sulfur “three high” ore is carried out.Through a large number of exploration experiments and combined with the experience of the site,a reasonable process flow has been developed,which provides a certain reference for the future treatment of such ore.Technological mineralogy of the ore was studied first.The results show that the ore has the characteristics of simple structure,complex composition,high sulfide content,high pyrite content,low gangue mineral content,and both metal minerals and gangue minerals are interlocked with or encapsulated by pyrite.It belongs to a rare complex refractory polymetallic sulfide ore and it has all the characteristics of "easy to float and difficult to divide".The total content of sulfide in the ore accounts for79.25% of the total mineral content,and the gangue mineral content accounts for only20.75%.In all sulfides,the pyrite content accounts for 44.8% of the total mineral content,accounting for 55.8% of the total sulfide content.Since copper,lead,zinc,sulfur useful minerals and gangue minerals are intertwined or symbiotic with each other and the intergranular fineness is fine,it brings great difficulty in flotation separation between useful minerals.In the treatment of such ores,the most difficult problem is the effective separation of copper and lead.According to the report provided by process mineralogy,the principles of partial bulk flotation and preferential flotation of the mineral were explored.On this basis,a large number of conditional tests were carriedout on the technological process of preferential flotation of copper-flotation of lead-deep recovery of copper.Reasonable technological process and reagent system were determined,and reliable separation indexes were obtained.Raw ore feeding grade: Cu10.49%,Pb11.50%,Ag158 g/t.After the copper concentrate was obtained by preferential flotation of copper,the flotation tests of lead concentration by once roughing,once sweeping and twice concentration,deep recovery of copper by three times scavenging were carried out.Two products,copper concentrate and lead concentrate,can be obtained by closed circuit test.The copper concentrate contains 23.21% copper,9.66% lead,and the recovery rate of copper is86.67%.The lead concentrate contains 55.94% lead and 4.88% copper.The lead recovery rate was 56.84%.The recommended process flow of this test is relatively simple,and it is basically consistent with the on-site production process.The chemicals used are also economical and environmentally friendly green pharmacies,which provide a reliable basis of technological transformation for concentrator in the future.
