This paper first analyzes various common sulfur dioxide removal technologies,and proposes a method of using dust removal ash as a desulfurizer;a variety of characterization methods are used to analyze the phase and composition of the dust ash,and the experiment is carried out after the reaction.The possibility of synthesizing polyferric sulfate in clear liquid is experimentally verified.In order to investigate the effect of iron-sintering dedusting ash as desulfurizer,the factors of solid-liquid ratio,oxygen content,absorbent temperature,gas flow rate,inlet sulfur dioxide concentration and stirring rate in the desulfurization process of dust removal ash were studied to remove sulfur dioxide efficiency.The effect of the impact.Through the single factor experiment,the effect of removing sulfur dioxide efficiency greater than 90% was used as an indicator to analyze the effect.The results show that the optimum reaction temperature is 25 °C;as the temperature increases,the solubility of sulfur dioxide continues to decrease,the desulfurization agent reduces the sulfur dioxide removal capacity;the gas flow rate increases,the residence time of sulfur dioxide in the absorbent becomes shorter,resulting in the removal rate.Decrease;increase the solid-liquid ratio,the contact rate of sulfur dioxide and dust removal ash will also increase,and the removal rate of sulfur dioxide will also increase;the increase of the concentration of imported sulfur dioxide will reduce the OH-in the liquid phase,which will slow down the reaction rate,which is not conducive to Removal of sulfur dioxide.In addition,the concentration of sulfur dioxide increases,the dissolution fraction decreases,and the absorption rate decreases.The acceleration of the stirring speed increases the bubble breaking,increases the gas-liquid contact area,and allows the sintered ash to be uniformly suspended in the liquid phase,and the sulfur dioxide in the solution.Rapid reaction is conducive to the absorption of sulfur dioxide.The increase of oxygen content is beneficial to the dissolution of oxygen,increasing the driving force of chemical reaction,and facilitating the absorption reaction of sulfur dioxide.Dedusting ash has a good desulfurization effect on sulfur dioxide-containing gas,and has certain application prospects.Based on the dedusting ash desulfurization supernatant,the sulfate is supplemented with ferrous sulfate and sulfuric acid,and the ferric sulfate is prepared by oxidation with hydrogen peroxide.The control of the oxidation of iron sulphite to iron sulphate and iron sulphate is achieved by adjusting the reaction temperature,the rate of reactant addition and the like.
