As one of the most important pillar industries in China,steel plays a vital role in the “Made in China 2025” manufacturing power strategy.In order to produce high quality and high strength steel,all countries are developing and innovating rolling mills in the world.The vibration of the rolling mill is the abnormal vibration phenomenon produced by the rolling mill during the production process.During the vibration,the rolling mill,the frame,the pipeline and other rolling mill components will have the same frequency which will cause great noise pollution.This vibration phenomenon will affect the production capacity of the rolling mill and the quality of steel production seriously.In this thesis,the pipeline vibration research is carried out on the phenomenon of pipeline rupture before the servo valve in a cold rolling mill of a steel mill.In order to solve this problem,the fluid-solid coupling simulation is carried out for the servo valve and the front pipeline.The relationship between the parameters of the servo valve port and the pipeline is studied,the causes of the vibration are found out,and the measures to reduce the vibration are given.First,the Solidworks software is used to build the servo valve model,and its internal structure and working principle are analyzed in detail.Flow field simulation analysis of the servo valve was carried out using Fluent software,and the distribution of pressure field and velocity field inside the valve core under different opening degrees was obtained.The servo valve model is built in AMESim,and the flow characteristics are analyzed,and the correctness of the model is verified.Secondly,the fluid-solid coupling simulation of the straight pipeline before the rolling mill valve is carried out to study the hydraulic shock phenomenon of the fluid inside the straight pipe at the variable cross section.The pressure cloud map reflects the pressure wave propagation in the tube and obtains a curve of the pressure wave as a function of time.By detecting physical parameters such as displacement,velocity and acceleration of the pipe wall,it is possible to intuitively obtain the influence of hydraulic shock on the vibration of the pipe.Finally,the fluid-solid coupling simulation of the pipeline model before the valve is carried out to study the vibration of the pipeline before the actual working condition of the mill,and the vibration relationship between the fluid and the solid is found out,and some measures are taken to ensure the stable operation of the mill.
