With the development of aviation industry,the requirement of aviation transparent parts rises.It is required not only to have good optical properties and weather resistance,but also to have high resistance to bird impact.In particular,the integral cockpit of the fourth-generation stealth fighter puts forward demanding requirements for the strength,toughness and weight of aviation transparent parts.At present,foreign advanced fighters mainly adopt integral laminated glass cockpit design.The organic laminates materials perform well in overall strength,impact resistance,especially in losing weight and transparency,which are the preferred materials for manufacturing the integral laminated transparent parts.The purpose of this paper is to study organic laminated glass.The transparent organic material and PU interlayer material are synthesized,and thenthey are used to produce organic laminated glass.In this paper,the diallyl diglycol dicarbonate(DADC)is selected to synthesize transparent organic materials,and the MMA is added to modify it.It is found that the tensile,bending and impact properties of the copolymer have improved significantly when 20% MMA is added.The tensile strength,elongation at break,bending strength,and the impact strength increases by 14%,109.3%,13.5% and by 9% respectively.It is found that this copolymer has excellent light transmission and heat resistance.The interlayer casting resin is synthesized with the phorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and the polyether polyol.It is found that when the 1,4 butanediol is used as the chain extender and –NCO contentin the prepolymer is 8%,the comprehensive mechanical properties of the elastomer cured by resin are the best.The hardness of Shore A is 90,the tensile strength is 34 MPa,the tensile elongation is 453.3%,and the bonding strength to PMMA is 6.2MPa.And the light transmittance of elastomeris 91.5%,the thermal resistant of elastomeris excellent.It is indicated that this kind of interlayer casting resin can meet the requirements of laminated glass interlayer material.The synthesized transparent organic material and interlayercasting resin are used to prepare the laminated glass.And the laminated glass is successfully prepared by wet method(perfusion method)and dry method(adhesive method).It is found that the impact strength of laminated glass has significantly enhanced compared to the single layer glass.By comparison,it is found that the impact properties of products which are prepared by the two processes are similar.But the light transmittance of the product produce by wet laminated glass is better than the one produced by dry laminated glass.
