As a new type of fluorescent nanoparticle material(less than 10 nm),Carbon Quantum Dots(CDs)have received extensive attention in the fields of biosensing,catalysis and medicine in recent years.At present,there are some differences in the properties of CDs obtained from different raw materials.In order to explore the relationship between the precursor and the obtained CDs,we designed and synthesized two types of CDs respectively: 1)Four types of functional CDs were prepared with four types of organic molecular fluorescent dyes with suborganelle localization functions as raw materials,and the suborganelle localization effects of the CDs was studied,and the significant correlation between the CDs properties and the molecular characteristics of the precursor was explored.2)Using caffeic acid as a precursor,a functional CDs with specific response to pH was prepared,and the visual observation of pH in cells and in vivo was achieved by fluorescence imaging.This paper mainly includes the following contents:1.Four kinds of functional CDs were prepared by one-step hydrothermal synthesis using organic fluorescent dyes with the function of targeted recognition of suborganelles as carbon sources.The correlation between CDs and organic fluorescent dyes was studied.The targeting properties of the prepared four CDs to organelles were studied by fluorescence imaging.The results show that the obtained fluorescent CDs can specifically recognize mitochondria,lysosome,Golgi and nucleus respectively.We speculate that the organelle targeting properties of molecular organic dyes have been inherited and verified by infrared spectroscopy,elemental analysis,and zeta potential.In addition,the resulting fluorescent CDs have better biocompatibility relative to their precursors.The experimental results are instructive and instructive for the development and preparation of new CDs.2.The fluorescent CDs with pH response were synthesized by one-step hydrothermal synthesis using caffeic acid as precursor.The properties of CDs were characterized by TEM,XPS and infrared spectroscopy.The fluorescence response of CDs to different pH was studied,and then the two-photon property of CDs was explored.Finally,it was applied to detect the pH in cells and in vivo,which realize the visual detection of pH in cells and in vivo.
