ZnO is an n-type semiconductor,which is widely used in the fields of solar cells,photocatalysis because of its simple and diverse preparation methods and low cost.In this paper,ZnO nanosheets were prepared by hydrothermal method and applied in DSSCs,PSCs and photocatalysis.The specific researches are as follows:(1)The effect of the ratio of sodium citrate and fluoride on the structure of ZnO was studied.The relationship between the deposition time,the thickness of the seed layer and DSSCs and PSCs photoelectric conversion efficiency was explored.The results show that the ZnO-based DSSCs with a deposition time of 12 h and the ZnO-based PSCs with one seed layer have the highest photoelectric conversion efficiency.(2)The effects of ZnO with different morphology on the photocatalytic performance were compared.The results showed that the degradation of Rhodamine B by ZnO nanosheets under ultraviolet light was obvious.(3)The relationship between the concentration of C,N co-doping and the photocatalytic performance under visible region was studied.The results showed that the photocatalytic performance was the highest when the doping concentration was 5 m M.(4)The relationship between the concentration of silver nitrate and the photocatalytic performance of ZnO nanosheets loaded by Ag nanoparticles under visible region was studied.The results showed that the photocatalytic performance was the highest when the concentration of silver nitrate was 0.8 m M.
