The lightweight aggregate concrete have an advantage that its weight is lightly.The addition of steel fiber makes the lightweight aggregate concrete combine the toughness of steel fiber while being lightweight.This paper combines steel fiber and light aggregate(pumice)concrete to form steel fiber light aggregate concrete.In order to grasp the main characteristics,strength,deformation and other mechanical properties of this modified material,this paper carried out experimental research on the cubic compressive strength,splitting-tensile strength,and bending strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete,and find out each factors' influences on the material.The main contents of this article are : According to the characteristics of steel fiber concrete and the requirements of engineering practice,it is determined that the influencing factors in the orthogonal test are water-cement ratio(A),steel fiber content(B)and sand rate(C).Find the data of steel fiber concrete to sum up the level of various factors are(1,2,3)and select the orthogonal table and determine the mix ratio of each test group.According to the concrete test specification to test the physical and mechanical performance measurement of 3 days,7days and 28 days.Analysis the data of Orthogonal experimental design theory,we can get the trend of the influence factors on the performance of steel fiber concrete.The mechanism of crack resistance and toughening of steel fiber lightweight aggregate concrete was also explored.The following conclusions are drawn from the test: the water-cement ratio has a greater influence on the compressive strength of light aggregate concrete,followed by the volume ratio of steel fiber and sand rate;the addition of steel fiber can effectively improve the bending strength of light aggregate concrete.The volume ratio of 1.5% steel fiber is better in the test;steel fiber has the most significant effect on the flexural strength of lightweight aggregate concrete by three factors.Among the three factors,the influence of steel fiber on the flexural strength of lightweight aggregate concrete is the most significant.
