In recent years,the all-inorganic perovskite quantum dots CsPb X3?X=C l,Br,I?with its excellent optical properties,for example,the tunable emission wavelength in the entire visible light region,narrow full width at half maximum,high photoluminescence quantum yields and the facile synthesis method,have attracted much attention on their applications in the fields of perovskite solar cells,light-emitting diodes,photodetectors and biomedicine.This article mainly starts from the preparation of high-quality all-inorganic perovskite quantum dots.A series of CsPbBr3 quantum dots and CsPbI3quantum dots were prepared by thermal injection method and optimized thermal injection temperature for explore the difference in the optical properties.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Preparation of all inorganic perovskite quantum dots CsPbX3?X=Br,I?.The optimum reaction time was investigated from prepare CsPbBr3 quantum dots.Then the quantum dots CsPb X3?X=Br,I?was prepared by changing the thermal injection temperature via the thermal injection method,the temperature range is 140?-220?,and the temperature interval is 20?.2.All inorganic perovskite quantum dots CsPbX3?X=Br,I?was characterized and analyzed.The obtained quantum dots CsPb X3?X=Br,I?samples were tested.Through fluorescence spectrophotometer and ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum test,the emission wavelength range of CsPbBr3 quantum dots is 502 nm-532 nm,which has better coverage in the green light region,the emission wavelength of CsPbI3 quantum dots range is 696 nm-727 nm,and it has good absorption in the high reaction temperature;through TEM test,the morphology and size distribution of CsPbX3?X=Br,I?are obtained;through Fourier infrared and fluorescence lifetime test,we explored the effect on the properties of perovskite quantum dots CsPbX3?X=Br,I?with different reaction temperatures.3.Preparation and properties of all inorganic perovskite quantum dots CsPbX3?X=Cl,Br,I?composite film.The CsPbX3?X=C l,Br,I?quantum dots solution was mixed with PMMA to prepare composite film.From characterization analysis,the composite film had good fluorescence properties.
