The mixer is mainly used for rubber or other synthetic resin molding and mixing.At this time,control the mixing temperature and pressure.The motor drives a pair of rotors to make circular rotation motion,and constantly shear,stretch and extrude the materials.According to the requirements of Jiangsu Rongsheng mechanical and Electrical Technology Co.,Ltd,a 270 L rubber mixer is designed in this project.Based on the reference and study of the existing internal mixer in the market and the design criteria of the industry,the design schemes of rotor,internal mixer room,transmission device,feeding and pressing device,unloading locking device,base,temperature control system,hydraulic system and electrical control system are determined.In the design of the rotor,the finite element numerical simulation method is used to carry out the depth optimization design.The influence of the ratio of the long and short edges to the length of the rotor and the spiral angle of the short edges to the mixing effect,the structural strength of the rotor and the cooling condition of the rotor are studied to improve the mixing effect and the structural performance of the rotor.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)By using ANSYS and numerical simulation method,the mixing flow field of different rotors is simulated.By comparing the pressure field and velocity vector field in the flow field,the optimal configuration parameters of rotors are obtained.Finally,the ratio of the length is determined as 2.5:1.The spiral angle of the short edge of the rotor is 45 °.The rotor with this structure has the best mixing effect;(2)According to the optimized rotor structure,Solid Works is used to complete the three-dimensional modeling of the rubber mixer rotor,mixing chamber,transmission device,loading and pressing device,unloading locking device,base,hydraulic station and the whole machine,and the hydraulic system and temperature control system are designed;(3)The feasibility of the rotor structure is verified by static simulation and temperature field simulation of the rotor using ANSYS.After the simulation analysis,the rotor meets the relevant requirements;(4)Using SIMATIC S7-200 PLC to program and simulate the control system of rubber mixer,and finally realize the full automatic control of the whole workflow.
