Study On The Evaluation Of Rural Human Settlement Environment In Suiping County, Henan Province

With the grass and long warbirds flying in February,the sky and lakes are full of fish and shrimp.With the development of rural economy and society,the rural environment has undergone tremendous changes,and various environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.In recent years,the Central Government Document No.1 and the rural revitalization strategy have been in the same vein,and both have proposed specific improvement measures and goals for the rural living environment.Suiping County has a long history and beautiful scenery,and it is also the base of China's modern Red Revolution.It has many tourism resources,complete industries in the county,and rapid economic development.Problems such as health need to be addressed urgently.Based on the research on theories and literature related to the rural human settlement environment,this paper takes Suiping County,Henan Province as the research object,and obtains first-hand and second-hand data through in-depth interviews,field surveys,and literature collation.And by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,by constructing a rural human settlement environment evaluation system,based on the questionnaire survey data,the rural human settlement environment in Suiping County is evaluated and analyzed from two aspects: the hard settlement environment and the soft settlement environment.Then,according to the existing problems,corresponding policies and measures are proposed.Based on the summary analysis of the questionnaire and the evaluation of the human settlements in the sample villages of Suiping County,this paper points out that the rural settlements in Suiping County have the following problems: Overall,the rural settlement environment in Suiping County is not high,and the county In terms of imbalanced development,inadequate human settlements,rural infrastructure and public service facilities,inadequate human settlements and soft environment,the overall economic level of the village is not high,and the villagers have insufficient awareness and low participation.Through in-depth digging of the problem,it was found that the main reasons are: gaps in village basic conditions,lack of classified construction by the government,lack of construction funds for facility construction,low market participation,lack of industrial planning in the village,serious brain drain,and villagers with smallholder ideological residues The grass-roots government has a single administration style.Then,it proposes suggestions to improve the current rural human settlements in Suiping County.In response to the village gap,formulate supporting policies,guarantee funding sources,innovate the introduction of funds,formulate village development plans,attract talents to return to their hometowns,change villagers' concepts,and guide them Active participation and other measures.This article puts forward specific suggestions based on the current status of rural human settlements in Suiping County.The research results can provide advice and reference for the Suiping County government in practice,so that the government can prescribe corrective measures in the construction of human settlements.The innovation point of this paper is to use the Boston matrix to classify the village's human settlement environment level based on the evaluation results of the village's hard and soft environment.However,the limitation is that due to its limited academic level,the relevant indicators The definition may not be scientific and reasonable,and has certain limitations,and I hope to continue to improve it in future research.
