In recent years,with the rapid development of nanotechnology,functionalized nanomaterials represented by mesoporous silica as new-type drug carriers have attractive application potential and broad application prospects in drug targeted transportation and medical care.Gold nanoparticles have the advantages of high electron density,dielectric properties,catalysis,and good biocompatibility.Therefore,they can be designed as immunosensors.They are designed to make use of the specific combination of antigens and antibodies in the body to cause electrochemical changes.Because nano-gold has a very strong electron-capturing ability,it can greatly increase the activity of the biosensor.The smaller the gold particles,the greater the activity.Gold nanoparticles with small particle diameters can also act as gatekeepers to open and block pore channels in biosensors that use mesoporous materials as carriers.In the first part of this paper,an improved soft template method was used to prepare monodisperse mesoporous silica nanospheres with different morphologies under different conditions.The ethanol content,the temperature of the reaction system,and the source of silicon(TEOS)were mainly discussed.The conditions such as the amount of Na OH and the amount of Na OH can be roughly divided into three types:straight-through channel spherical,straight-through rod-shaped,and radiating-channel spherical.The morphology and pore size distribution of mesoporous silica nanospheres can be clearly observed by TEM transmission electron microscopy.X-ray diffraction peaks show three diffraction peaks between 2?=2-31°(100,101,and 102,of which 100 is a strong peak),which is a typical MCM-41 type mesoporous silica.Adsorption by nitrogen In the desorption test,the characteristics and trends of the curve are consistent with nitrogen adsorption.The desorption isotherm is shown as Langmuir type?,which is a characteristic curve of typical mesoporous materials,and the product has a high specific surface area(about 1055 cm~2/g)and a uniform pore size(3.4nm).The surface modification of the microspheres was successfully modified by changing the Zeta potential and analyzing the infrared spectrum.In the second part of this article,three different stabilizers were used to prepare gold nanoparticles in three different orientations,and the effects of different reaction conditions on the preparation and storage of small transition gold nanoparticles(Au NPs)were investigated.Spectral testing showed changes in UV absorption peaks under different conditions.The experiments of silicon ball gold loading under different conditions were explored,and the experimental parameters were optimized,and finally converted into the best conditions of silicon ball gold loading.
