| This paper reflects the investigation to the cases which are designed for museum exhibition located in London and other parts of UK,as well as to the cases in Nanning,China.The research aims on cross comparing the cases in the two different areas,to discover the differences in design ideas,concept approaches and exhibition methods within,by three dimensions-interior design,illumination plan,and interaction module.Moreover,the research attends to critically evaluate the cases in Nanning,with the progressive cases in London,in case to locate the potentials of improvement and provide solutions to which.In the first chapter,this paper summarises from the referred research to museum exhibition design and relevant areas,to construct an overview to the current situation of the background knowledge of this research.In Chapter Two,this paper analyses the interior design of subjects in London,through the aspects of elements construction,functional plans and renewing the spaces.In Chapter Three,this paper discusses the sources of illumination,the control and arrangement of lamps and the presentation of lighting effects.In Chapter Four,this paper refine the interaction design as a modular system,with multiple modules including guiding,exhibition,education,online interacting and cultural products.In the final chapter,this paper states the results of investigation to subjects in Nanning,and makes cross compares to subjects in London,in order to indicate the defects in museum exhibition design in museums in Nanning,and solutions that potentially improve the cases. |
