Contactless slip ring is the development of slip ring structure.Without contact,it avoid safety problems caused by the contact friction between brush and slip-ring,so contactless slip-ring would has extremely important research value because of it's novel structure and excellent technical performance.By used electromagnetic inductive coupling between the coaxial arranged primary side and secondary side to transmission energy and signal on the rotating joint,this dissertation designed a contactless inductive coupling slip-ring system.This dissertation introduced the contactless power transmission technology.Based on the theory,designed the contactless inductive coupled slip ring system.Then introduced it's working mechanism and basic composed structure.Secondly,made a study on the electromagnetic coupling mechanism,which is the core device of the system.After introduced the characteristic of loosely coupled electromagnetic mechanism and established its magnetic circuit model,the dissertation proposed an improved core structure.By using ANSOFT MAXWELL to do the simulation analysis on the two kinds of electromagnetic mechanism's magnetic field distribution,mutual inductance and coupling coefficient.And it turned out the improved electromagnetic mechanism has better coupling characteristics.Then established two kinds of winding structure and did the simulation analysis on the improved structure with two kinds of migration between primary and secondary side.The dissertation also put forward two kinds of structure optimization in order to improve the transmission efficiency and stability of the system.Then established four kinds of resonant compensation network based on the mutual inductance model of loosely coupled electromagnetic mechanism.Analyzed the performance of each compensation circuit topology and derived active power obtained by secondary load.Then used MATLAB software to do the simulation analysis on power transmission characteristic of each compensation network.And it got the maximum active power conditions when apply different compensation methods,which optimized the performance of the system energy transmission circuit.Finally,did experiments to test the electromagnetic coupling mechanism's transmission efficiency under different conditions,got it's transmission characteristics and verified the theoretical and simulation analysis finished before.
