In order to improve the anti-roll performance when the vehicle is in the high speed steering condition or on the uneven pavement,so begin to deeply study the hydraulic active stabilizer system.The hydraulic active rcoll system is an active-side tilt control technology.It can actively provide the anti-side tilt moment in accordance with the actual driving condition of the vehicle,and the hydraulic valve block is the core component of hydraulic actuating mechanism of the active control system.So the design and research of the hydraulic valve block can promote the integrated and standardized of the hydraulic active control system.Firstly,this paper takes a motorcycle type as the research object,and input the main parameters into the vehicle model,then calculates the output characteristic requirements of the active roll control system under the anti-roll condition,it determines the output characteristics.then analysis of the working conditions of the actuating mechanism of the hydraulic active stabilizer.Then give the hydraulic valve block scheme and calculate the working pressure and flow of the hydraulic circuit.Secondly,the hydraulic valve block model will be built in AMESim platform.Comparing and analyzing the three different direction speed control circuits and choose the optimal scheme for this paper.Then the model of hydraulic pump,hydraulic valve block,hydraulic cylinder,and the physical model of stable rod body will be built,and carry out the model,it will examine that if the output characteristics of the target model can meet the performance requirements of the reverse roll torque.Then,In order to verify whether the designed hydraulic valve block scheme can meet the output characteristics of the vehicle in dynamic running conditions,The joint simulation technology is applied and the simulation technology can realize the combination of the AMESim hydraulic model and the MATLAB/Simulink vehicle and the system control model.It is proved that the output characteristics can meet the performance requirements of the reverse roll torque and torque change rate of the target model in the steady state.Finally,In order to match the hydraulic valve block and the target model in the co-simulation,and improve the output characteristics of hydraulic valve block,according to the relevant theories of design of hydraulic valve block structure,and complete the three-dimensional model of hydraulic valve block in 3D software,finally,building the hydraulic active stabilizer system experimental platform and experimental verification.
