Frequent occurrences of natural disasters in recent years,such as debris flow,earthquake,tsunami etc.pose a greater threat to people's lives and property.After disaster,communications facilities suffered severe damage,the outside world can't immediately get the information about the affected area and unable to make an accurate command and rescue.Violence in the city or emergency rescue events also happen from time to time,the command center urgently needs to monitor the incident area,and can adjust the monitoring area in time according to the change of the incident and carry out dynamic tracking.The emergency communication of the UAV platform has an unparalleled advantage over other traditional communication methods in the above situation.The flexible use,short deployment time,wide coverage,good maneuverability,and loading different loads according to different needs.These characteristics help UAV play an increasingly important role in life.Since unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV)are usually employed in complex electromagnetic and diverse geographic environment,the frequency-hopping technology is often used in UAV communications to compete interference.However,the set of conventional frequency-hopping channels is fixed.Once the user conflicts or a sudden fading happened,the communication may delay or interrupt.So,combine with cognitive radio(CR)technology,a frequency-hopping communication channel selection method for UAV based on Relevance Vector Regression is addressed.The method based on RVR(Relevance Vector Regression)to establish the model of the parameters such as interference information,bit error rate(BER)and Signal Noise Ratio(SNR).With the help of the model,the minimum SNR which meets the requirement of the UAV data chain can be predicted according to the real-time interference.The channel which meet the minimum SNR will be sent to the frequency-hopping channel set.The next frequency-hopping channel will be estimated meanwhile when the frequency-hopping is going in order to ensure the reliability of the frequency-hopping access.However,this method has higher requirements for the hardware equipment,which may not achieve the design objective.Therefore,the asynchronous synchronization technology of wireless network based on cognitive hopping is adopted in this paper.When communicating,the next used frequency will be transmitted by the sender to the receiver.The sender will choose a better quality of communication channel for the next-hop communication.The transmission of frequency hopping channel is accomplished through special data frame format.The conception based on the cognition of frequency-hopping for unmanned aerial vehicle channel access technology is verified by the simulation experiment.The results showed that the method effectively improve the anti-jamming performance and the quality of communication.
