| According to the statistics of the relevant fault data of dry air reactor in the actual operation,it is concluded that the direct cause of the combustion damage is the insulation short-circuit fault between the coil turns.In order to make sure the dry air reactor more secure and stable operation,after simulating the distribution of short circuit power,this paper uses ANSYS Workbench to realize the structural stress and deformation of dry air reactor in short circuit.The influence of structural deformation on the insulation properties of dry air reactor was further analyzed.The corresponding analysis can provide important basis for the safe operation of the dry air reactor and even the whole grid.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyze the electric power and corresponding distribution characteristics of dry air reactor in short circuit.In accordance with the finite element analysis method in the field-circuit coupled thought the corresponding coupling model is set up,you can get in short circuit work of its corresponding electricity distribution,the distribution of magnetic induction intensity distribution and short-circuit electrodynamic force,and provides the corresponding structure as excitation source module.(2)ANSYS Workbench,as the finite element analysis software,can realize the simulation and analysis of dry air core reactor structure.Through ANSYS Workbench software build short-circuit electrodynamic force of structure and data flow transmission model,ANSYS software of Maxwell short-circuit electrodynamic force as the load is loaded into the framework of the transient simulation analysis,get the short circuit can produce stress and deformation of structure.According to this,it can better analyze the effect of structural deformation on insulation performance of encapsulated structure.(3)According to the simulation results,combining with the actual of dry-type air-core reactor coating production process,analysis of reactor of coating materials and access to relevant data to understand the material mechanical properties,the results of simulation data as compared with reference to the mechanical properties of the data analysis of short-circuit electrodynamic force of the impact of the coating structure.(4)Analyze existing dry-type air-core reactor failure data,it is concluded that the failure types and features,by comparing with the simulation results,the corresponding short-circuit electrodynamic force in reactor insulation performance of the coating structure change can be.The research object of this paper is the parallel dry air reactor of 35 kV.Analysis under the condition of short circuit of the distribution of short-circuit electrodynamic force,and then use it as a load into the corresponding transient structure of reactor are obtained coating structure of the stress and deformation conditions.The simulation results have certain reference value and can achieve the desired simulation target.The results of the analysis and induction have the same conclusion as the simulation results,that is,the short circuit electric power can cause the deformation of the structure of dry hollow reactor and affect the insulation performance of the envelop.This study has high reference value for the safe operation of dry air reactor and other large power equipment. |
