With the development of the power industry and the continuous upgrading of electrical equipment,dry-type air-core reactors have become increasingly popular and widely used in power systems.However,dry-type air-core reactors often malfunction during actual operation,which brings many potential safety hazards to the power system.At present,the evaluation of the operating status and insulation life of dry-type air-core reactors are still in the primary stage and there is no effective evaluation method.Therefore,the research on the evaluation methods of the operating status and insulation life of dry-type air-core reactors has been conducted.Considering the reliability and economic efficiency of reactor operation,the transition from regular maintenance to condition-based maintenance has become an inevitable trend of technological development.Through the factors affecting the operation state and insulation life of dry-type aircore reactors,combined with insulation aging factors and failure mechanisms,a method for evaluating the overall operating status of dry-type air-core reactors based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was proposed.Life Index Evaluation Method of Dry Air Core Reactor Based on Health Index.On this basis,a reasonable state maintenance strategy was developed for dry-type air-core reactors.The main research contents of this article include:(1)Analyze the failure mechanism and insulation age of dry-type air-core reactors and consider the factors that affect the operating status of dry-type air-core reactors: routine tests,operating conditions,operating environment,and operation history.Air Core Reactor Operation Status Evaluation System.Using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to Establish a Dry Air Core Reactor Operating State Model.Through the theoretical analysis and the measured operating data results,the validity and rationality of the method are verified.(2)Encapsulation of hot spot temperature prediction model using dry-type air-core reactor based on differential evolution and support vector machine.The insulation life of the dry air-core reactor is closely related to the encapsulation hot spot temperature.The input temperature of the dry air-core reactor,the ambient temperature,the top temperature,the bottom temperature and the middle temperature are entered into the model to predict the encapsulation hot spot temperature.The MSE of the DE-SVR model is 1.68×10-4 less than that of SVR,and the correlation coefficient R is 0.967,which is closer to 1 than the correlation coefficient of SVR.The prediction accuracy of the model is higher and the adaptability is better.(3)An evaluation model of insulation life rating of dry air-core reactor based on health index was established.The factors that affect the insulation life of dry-type air-core reactors are taken into consideration comprehensively.An example analysis was conducted to prove the rationality and effectiveness of the method.
