With the re-emergence of prefabricated concrete structures in China,the reinforcement connection between fabricated components becomes the key to the urgent need for improvement.Some of the existing reinforcing bar connection technologies do not fully satisfy the connection effect required for the assembled component,another part lost its development space due to its high price,therefore,for the prefabricated concrete structure to have good anti-seismic performance,the research on the new type of grouting sleeve is urgently needed.In this paper,three different types of grouting sleeves were developed.The finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the form and size of the grouting sleeve.At the same time,the hoop-type grouting sleeve was also experimentally studied and discussed.The main work and achievements of the paper are as follows:(1)Perform experimental research on the material properties of grouting materials such as fluidity,compressive strength,vertical expansion ratio,Poisson’s ratio,and elastic modulus,and accurately grasp the mechanical properties of the grouting material in order to increase the reliability of the subsequent simulation to simulated material parameters.(2)Design a conventional grouting sleeve,which is matched with a positioning plate so that the position of the steel bar is not offset,and the stress situation of the material under different size conditions is calculated through simulation simulation to select the best size form,provide the best solution for factory production.(3)Design a spiral pattern grouting sleeve,and also design a matching positioning plate to ensure that the position of the rebar is not offset.The simulation results show that the grouting sleeve is not comparable to the conventional grouting sleeve in stress conditions.However,due to the characteristics of one-time processing,low price,and ability to achieve strength requirements,it is still an excellent form of grouting sleeve connection.(4)A hoop type grouting sleeve was designed and developed.From the simulation results and experimental results,it can be seen that this type of grouting sleeve has excellent connection performance.Although the materials used are slightly more than the first two options,they are more suitable for mass production because of their ease of processing and simplicity.
