The Northeastern region is the permafrost typical region in China. In order,to study the stable operation of the completed project in the Northeastern region and to understand the nature of the frozen soil in the Northeast, this paper studies the temperature field and the melting and sedimentation characteristics of the frozen soil in the Northeast.Studying the ground temperature and melting and sinking characteristics of frozen soil were studied.Based on the natural geographical environment and hydrological conditions of the frozen soil area in Northeast of China, the measured data of atmospheric temperature, ground temperature, water content and soil quality in the frozen soil area were obtained, the finite element software ANSYS is used to predict the frozen soil in studying area, and the temperature field of the frozen soil is analyzed. The law of change and prediction of the temperature field in the next 30 years was proposed, the high temperature permafrost were seriously degraded in 30 years, mainly reflected in the upper limit of permafrost and the northward movement of frozen soil; The degree of degradation of frozen soil were less than that of high temperature frozen soil. The degradation of low temperature stable frozen soil was mainly manifested in the downward movement of the upper limit of permafrost. The melting and sinking of frozen soil in Northeast of China are mainly reflected in the melting coefficient.Different soil quality, different water content(ice),different superplastic water content and different dry density all affect the change of freezing soil melting coefficient.
