| Nowadays,the number of automobiles is increasing rapidly,and the raw materials and welding processes used in automobiles are also increasingly advanced.But the welding process is relatively complex and has strong non-linear and coupling properties.It is difficult to describe the whole welding process comprehensively if one side analyzes a certain physical phenomenon that appears in welding.Aluminum alloy has the characteristics of strong thermal sensitivity and easy deformation,and it is easy to be welded through during welding.Therefore,there are higher requirements for welding technology.This paper will study the welding quality and stability,analyzing and controling the multi-information sensing of the welding process,and achieving the purpose of welding stability and improving the welding quality.A multi-information sensing and control system of double arc pulse MIG welding based on VC++ has been builted in this paper.The whole welding control system is designed with hardware.Using the PCI interface of the acquisition card,the software design of the motion control module,the multi-information sensing module and the signal output module is carried out,and the motion control module realizes the speed control of the stepping motor.The multi-information sensor module realizes the simultaneous acquisition and storage of acoustic,optical,electrical and visual signals during welding.The signal output module realizes the control of wire feed speed,air feed switch,arc switch and other signals by sending a command to the PCI-1721 analog output card.Based on the hardware and software design of the dual arc pulse MIG welding multi-information sensor and control system,the welding process experiment is carried out,and the results of welding experiment are obtained.The voltage and current signals,visual signals,electric arc signals and arc signals in the welding industry are detected and sensed in real time.The results are good,and the feasibility of the system is verified.Based on the welding process experiments,the power spectrum analysis and wavelet packet decomposition of the arc signal are carried out,and the correlation between the arc sound and the welding process is obtained.After image processing,the arc length is extracted from the original image obtained by visual sensing.The stability of arc length is controlled. |
