Research On Zhoucun Town From The Perspective Of Rural Social Geography

Zhoucun commerical town was a typical inland commerical town in shandong during the Ming and qing dynasties.Rural social geography is a branch of geography,the main content is to study the production and life of villagers in rural areas,and to discuss the geographical problems.From the perspective of rural social geography,the research on Zhoucun commerical town can be divided into three stages,namely: Zhoucun shop era,Zhoucun town era,and return to Zhoucun shop era.In these three stages,the development of Zhoucun commerical town is always based on its hometown.Is accompanied with the three stages of Zhoucun,good,and the surrounding area in the development of commodity economy and agricultural and sideline products processing industry,and Zhoucun economic development in the process of social change from the canal traffic,Shandong peninsula sea and Jiao-Ji railway transport and the influence of port trade development,in the process of economic development in Shandong things different potenti.Zhoucun,historical evolution process is the combination of geographic space an d rural society,either rise or fall,the development of its business scale,the industry ha s always been reflecting the interaction between urban and rural,rural society villager s within a geographical space and the need of production and life in the end gives the product and trend will tend to be concentrated,and is located in the mountainous bord er with lubei plain lu zhoucun town to meet the conditions,zhoucun,historical change s since the beginning of zhoucun shop appear,have advantaged conditions: namely co nstantly gather good nearly more than two hundred villages of the products and raw m aterials.Based on the concept of rural social geography,this paper studies the developme nt and rise and fall of zhoucun commerical town,further summarizes the historical de velopment of zhoucun,and explores the process of social and historical changes of zh oucun.The development of zhoucun commerical town depends on the rural social geo graphic space where it is located.Under the action of the production geographical env ironment,the villages in the rural social geographic space,namely shilibaxiang,provide the population,products,trade and production support for the development of zhou cun commerical town.The formation and development of silk industry,cotton industr y,oil workshop and other traditional industries in town and the promotion of the mark et in depend on the formation of the rural social geographic space,that is,the marketoriented production and processing mode of villages within township.
