In order to improve the performance of carbon fiber multi-layer loom and the quality of weaving products,the beating mechanism is taken as the research object.The methods of analysis,design and optimization of beating mechanism are studied from the aspects of beating resistance,mechanism scale,mechanism motion precision and strength reliability.Explore the mechanism reliability simulation technology.The main research content:(1)Starting from the carbon fiber multi-layer fabric structure,it is determined that the angle interlocking warp reinforcement fabric is the most necessary for the wefting force,and the flexible body Euler equation is used to establish the multi-layer fabric beating in consideration of the surface warp,the attachment warp and the strength warp.The model and the simulation results of the beating resistance show that the weft resistance of the fabric is roughly linear with the number of layers of the fabric,and the angle-locking warp resistance of the 60-layer weft yarn is 10336N.(2)Taking the optimization design of the beating mechanism size as the goal,the rigid body guidance method and the geometric relationship discussion are taken as the means to study the comprehensive method of the beating mechanism scale considering the force transmission characteristics,the reasonable size of the mechanism and the kinematics characteristics.The comprehensive results of the scale indicate that the mechanism both the size and the minimum transmission angle increase with the increase of the angle.The pressure angle of the beating mechanism should be less than 6°.After the optimization,the error rate of the steel shovel moving to the two extreme positions and the stroke is 0.06%.The enthalpy acceleration is-1159.7 mm/s2,and the acceleration change is small near the dead center,which is beneficial to the thickening of carbon fiber and the noise reduction of the machine.(3)The mechanism of the original error,gap error and wear of the beating mechanism on the motion accuracy of the beating mechanism is discussed.The calculation model of the motion accuracy error of the beating mechanism is established,the error distribution of the mechanism is optimized,and the elastic deformation of the beating mechanism is found by the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics analysis.The results show that both the dimensional error and the motion pair clearance affect the accuracy of the beating reed movement.The motion error of the beating read caused by the coupling effect is about 0.7mm.The beating mechanism is located near the front dead center and the position error fluctuation is the largest,and the error fluctuation is increased.It is about 30%of the overall mean value;the motion error caused by deformation is about 1.9mm,which is easy to cause the weft density of the fabric to decrease;the manufacturing precision of the crank,the hand and the push rod of the member with high sensitivity coefficient,and the motion accuracy reliability of the beating mechanism Increase by 20%.(4)Aiming at the continuous heavy-duty working characteristics of the beating mechanism,the nominal stress method is used to establish the structural reliability design model of the beating mechanism with the fatigue life as the control variable,and the design method of the ring-shaped squat with good bending and torsion performance is proposed.The finite element simulation technology analyzes the strength of the beating mechanism from the aspects of static failure,fatigue life,resonance failure and elastic deformation.The results show that the minimum fatigue safety factor of the beating unit that meets the service life requirement is 1.5837,and the maximum stress of the beating unit in the contact area with the slide rail is about 91.679Mpa,and the deformation of the middle part of the sley is the largest;the working frequency of the beating mechanism is much lower than its natural frequency,and the mechanism design is safe and reliable.
