H Thermal Power Enterprise Diversified Operation Path Selection And Implementation Benefit Analysis

H thermal power enterprise is an old-brand large-scale state-owned enterprise in Heze area.It is a local large-scale livelihood project.It undertakes the main task of power security in Heze city.In recent years,with the constant promotion of the reform of state-owned enterprises and the increasing restrictions on energy saving and emission reduction,power generation enterprises are facing many new and more arduous challenges.Under the new situation,enterprises must control their production costs,expand the business products needed by market development,and implement diversified business paths in order to effectively solve the problems of state-owned enterprise reform and enterprise transformation.Through the analysis of the current situation of H thermal power enterprise,we can see that there are many problems in the production and operation of the enterprise.This paper uses PEST analysis model to analyze the political environment,economic environment,social environment and technological factors of the enterprise.In the social and economic aspects,Heze City has issued the requirements of "Heze City Master Plan(2018-2035)".According to the relevant requirements.Heze City should be built into a demonstration city of kinetic energy conversion between the old and the new in Shandong Province.From 2016 to 2018,Heze City carried out a large-scale shantytowns transformation.After the transformation,a large number of shantytowns have become central heating residential areas,the demand for heat supply has increased,and the urban area has increased.Accumulated population will expand rapidly,high-speed rail,Airport construction.With the development of Heze's urbanization,there will be a huge demand for heat sources for residents and industries in the future,and the current supply of heat sources is far from meeting the demand-supply relationship.For H thermal power enterprises,seizing opportunities and responding to the gap between supply and demand quickly and positively become a feasible way to improve the operating efficiency of enterprises.Under the restriction of environmental protection requirements,we can increase the output of heat energy and effectively control the increase of cost around breaking throughput restriction.By using cost-benefit analysis method,the production and operation data of H thermal power enterprise before and after the technical renovation of the original 2?125 MW unit are compared,and the financial data before and after the project renovation are analyzed,which verifies the feasibility of increasing heat source output items and realizing diversified operation.Because H thermal power enterprises in Heze City are more responsible for people's livelihood and social responsibility,and the cost-benefit analysis and financial analysis methods are not sufficient,this paper joined the social questionnaire survey,obtained data through the questionnaire survey to provide supporting arguments,carried out hypothesis test on the existing arguments,and further demonstrated the feasibility of implementing diversified business path.?Through verification,it can be concluded that H thermal power enterprises adopt the diversified management path of expanding the city's heat supply,which can not only reduce the production cost of enterprises,but also achieve the purpose of upgrading and replacing traditional enterprises advocated in the transformation of new and old kinetic energy.Considering the internal and external factors of thermal power enterprises,the risk analysis of policy,market and technology is carried out,and the corresponding implementation suggestions are given.This paper discusses the transformation of new and old kinetic energy of typic 1 power enterprises in China and the development of thermal power industry.For H thermal power enterprises,it finds a new way to meet the policy direction and social needs and improve the operational efficiency of thermal power enterprises.For the same type of thermal power industry,the research results of this paper have reference value for diversified operation of thermal power enterprises and for the whole electric power industry.In terms of this stage.it is also an important period for thermal power to enhance its environmental protection image and social responsibility image under the environmental protection policy,which will have a lasting impact on the long-term development of the industry,and provide a reference for further deepening the reform of the electric power constitution.
