With the continuous development of social productivity,the consumption of industrial and residential electricity is increasing,and the traditional distribution network has been unable to meet the demand for electricity generated by load growth.Due to the simple structure of the traditional distribution network,the economic efficiency and reliability of the power system operation has been challenged.In recent years,the clean energy power generation represented by wind power has developed rapidly.It has the advantages of clean,efficient and flexible distribution,and has received extensive attention.Meanwhile,the demand side management mechanism is gradually applied in power grid planning.Its main function is to rationally adjust the peak and valley power load,improve the power system capacity margin,ensure reliability of power supply,reduce power system network loss,and meet grid economy demand.As a representative of the smart grid,the active distribution network integrates the distributed energy grid-connected and demand-side management technologies,which can effectively overcome the drawbacks of the traditional distribution network,and improve the economic efficiency and stability of the distribution network.Therefore,it is important to consider the integrated planning of distributed wind power grid-connected and demand-side management mechanisms for active distribution networks.According to the actual situation of the development of offshore wind power and the transformation of traditional distribution network in Changdao County,this thesis considers the integrated scheme of distributed wind power grid connection and demand side management in the active distribution network planning.Considering the cost of demand side active management,distributed power operation management,network loss,distributed wind turbine investment operation cost and environmental protection income after conversion,the objective function of minimum annual comprehensive cost is built.According to the random characteristics of distributed wind power and load,multi-scene technology is used to construct multi-scene model,and the evolution strategy algorithm is used to solve the objective function.Finally,according to the actual situation of the distribution network in Changdao County,the IEEE-33 node is modified,and the objective function is calculated and optimized via Matlab software programming,and the optimal planning scheme is obtained.This thesis proposed four planning schemes,and the optimal planning strategy in terms of economy and reliability was proposed after comparison and calculationThe actual research shows that the comprehensive planning of the distribution network in Changdao County can effectively optimize the grid operation.In detail,the grid capacity margin and reliability has improved,whereas the expansion of the distribution network was delayed due to the peak-to-valley period energy was adjusted rationally by the demand side management mechanism.Moreover,it avoids environmental pollution and produces environmental benefits.The plan will provide reasonable advice for the development of offshore wind power in the Changdao County and the construction of demand side management mechanisms.
