Substation intelligent inspection vehicle is an important part of electric power inspection system.The design of intelligent vehicle covers many disciplines such as automatic control,artificial intelligence,mechanics,sensor technology,image processing technology and computer.At present,although some companies have developed substation inspection vehicles for actual monitoring of power grid operation,most of them still require operation and maintenance personnel to operate on site and transcribe verification data.Therefore,the design of intelligent inspection vehicle has very important significance in theoretical research and practical application.The design uses TMS320F28335 as the computing core.Combining with the detection of radio frequency identification,magnetic navigation and ultrasonic obstacle avoidance,and controlling the steering servos and drive motor,the intelligent vehicle can avoid barrier automatically.The design completes the wireless video communication between the substation intelligent inspection vehicle and the remote control terminal,so that the substation intelligent inspection vehicle can meet the required control requirements.This paper introduces in detail the hardware and software design process of the substation intelligent inspection vehicle.The hardware design includes power module,DC motor drive circuit,servo control module and wireless communication module.The software design mainly completes the software design of obstacle avoidance,wireless communication parts and navigation and positioning control and the implementation of the above algorithms.In addition,based on the status quo of substation intelligent environment monitoring system and intelligent inspection vehicle control system independent,this paper designs a scalable and redevelopable network framework based on actual needs.Through the network framework,the docking of the intelligent inspection vehicle and the substation intelligent environment monitoring system is completed,and the panoramic data acquisition,processing,monitoring,control and operation management of the substation are realized.
