As the aging problem and the pace of life accelerates, the perceptual threshold of external stimulation of human hand mechanical receptors is increased, resulting in the degraded human perception and low sensibilities. Therefore, there are a large number of patients with hand movement disorders in China. An urgent problem is how to improve the sensitivity of the human hand to the perception of the external stimuli.Aiming to solve the problem of human hand sensitivity reduction, this paper designs a vibrational resonance auxiliary system based on the theory of vibrational resonance to reduce the perception threshold of external stimuli of human hand mechanical receptors and improve the sensitivity of human hand. The vibrational resonance auxiliary system is composed of a plurality of micro motors to work together to generate high-frequency vibrational interference signals that operate on the human hand. These micro-motors are controlled by the pulse-width modulation function of the STM32F103ZET6 micro-controller.The input voltage of the micro-motors is changed by the pulse-width to obtain high-frequency vibrational interference signals with different vibrational intensities. Then, the high-frequency vibrational signals of different intensities are applied to the opisthenar, and the subject holds the laser pen to strike the laser on the white panel in front and move the laser along the calibration straight line on the white panel.Using the digital image processing library Opencv to capture the trajectory of the laser along the straight line,we can explore whether the vibrational resonance auxiliary system can enhance the sensitivity of hand movement by analyzing the variance and mean of the laser running. The number of micro-motors is taken as the inter-group factor, and the vibrational intensity is taken as the intra-group factor. After a large number of experiments,it is found that, compared with the condition without high-frequency vibrational signals, the variance of the hand movement is reduced by 15.42% when there are three micro-motors and the vibrational intensity is of the second grade; When there are three micro-motors and the vibrational intensity is of the fifth grade, the time correlation coefficient of hand movement is increased by 42.01%.It is proved that the high-frequency vibrational signal generated by the vibrating resonance auxiliary system can enhance the stability of human hand movement, and it also proves that the vibrational resonance mechanism can improve the sensitivity of hand movement. This research extends the application of the vibrational resonance mechanism in the field of the nervous system and also provides an effective reference for the design of human medical rehabilitation instruments.
