The construction project of water conservancy scenic spot is different from other types of construction project,it has more complex data analysis work content,and the design work is more focused on the joint cooperation of various professional projects.Not by the building and structure of the main body to communicate with other professional cooperation,such as water,electricity and heating.In the face of the unique engineering disadvantage factors and the ownersundefined expectation of the building shape and the progress of the project,the design unit needs to seek more efficient and effective ways to enhance the overall productivity in the original means of solving the problem.Based on the project of the tourism distribution center in Chongyi County,Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province,this paper analyzes and summarizes the various practical problems encountered in the actual project.To find the fit point of parameterized technology and means applied in water conservancy scenic spot construction project.At the same time,the shortcomings of the existing parameterization techniques used in the working stage are summarized,the limitations of the current parameterized software are analyzed,and more accurate and practical requirements for the development of the parameterized design software are put forward.Through the analysis and induction of the actual project,the second development of BIM software Revit,which is the most widely used BIM software in the field of construction engineering at present,is carried out by using the development tools such as Visual Studio 2015 Revit SDK,ILSpy,RevitLookup,AddinManager and so on.According to the actual needs summed up in Chongyi Project,we have developed a targeted and highly intelligent operating software to accurately solve the common problems faced by construction projects in water conservancy scenic spots.Reduce the amount of time spent by engineers on the same work and improve the efficiency of engineers,thereby increasing the productivity of the entire construction industry.On the other hand,the design idea of software development,the construction process of development environment,the use of development tools,the compilation of code,etc.It can provide a reference object for the scholars or engineers who need to redevelop the building parameterized software in the future.
