With the increasing proportion of steel structures used in bridge engineering,the use of welded joints is becoming more and more extensive.Welding has the advantages of good joint performance,high rigidity,good integrity and more welding processes.In the welding process,there are also some structural hazards,such as welding to deform the structure,generate residual stress,stress concentration and other diseases.In this paper,the development status of steel bridges and the research methods and theories of welding deformation are summarized.Taking 32m+56m+32mV leg steel truss bridge as an example,the static analysis model is built by midas/civil finite element software,and the structure is analyzed by the model.During the construction phase and the use phase,the weak cross section of the structure is obtained,and the weak cross section is subjected to the force check.Based on the analysis of midas/civil finite element software,the finite element model of weak welded part is established by using sysweld finite element software.This paper mainly studies the numerical simulation of welding deformation of V-leg and truss beam mid-section.The results of the meta-software analysis lead to the following conclusions and recommendations:1.According to the finite element static model analysis,the force of the truss girder bridge basically meets the requirements,but the force and deformation are large in the V-leg and truss beam span.Therefore,based on the research of this paper,it is recommended to increase the The thickness of the truss beam steel plate;2.On the basis of the theory of the inherent strain method,two steel plates are selected and numerically simulated in combination with different welding sequences,and the optimal sequence of welding is finally obtained;3.Based on the above conclusions,the numerical simulation of the welding deformation of the V-leg and truss beam mid-section is established by the optimized welding sequence,and the welding deformation values of the V-leg and truss beam mid-section are obtained.
