As an important form of deep utilization of bamboo,bamboo powder is widely used in many fields such as furniture,fragrance,paper and textile,but it has high fire risk during production,processing,storage and transportation.Sex.In this paper,bamboo powder was used as research object,and flame retardant samples were prepared by using different flame retardants.Based on thermogravimetric data,the parameters of combustion and the combustion kinetics of bamboo powder samples were analyzed by analyzing different influencing factors,different flame retardant types and concentrations.The influence law of the parameters.The main research is as follows:1.Using Malvern laser particle size analyzer to analyze the particle size of different bamboo powder samples,the median diameters of 60~400 mesh bamboo powder are: 212,139,96.6,53.4 and 33.9?m,specific surface area.Reached: 47.56,106.5,144.7,232.4 and 319m2/kg respectively;using the experimental method of GBT 28731-2012 Solid Biomass Fuel Industry Analysis Method,industrial element analysis of bamboo powder samples to determine the moisture and volatile matter of the sample,The content of ash and fixed carbon were 6.93%,5.32%,78.58% and9.17%,respectively.Elemental analysis of bamboo powder samples was carried out by Vario EL III elemental analyzer,and the types and contents of the elements contained in the samples were: C-41.07%,H-1.52%,O-56.73%,N-0.65%,S-0.03%,and further calculate the low calorific value of the bamboo powder sample is21.49MJ/kg,which is the research work of the subsequent bamboo powder combustion characteristics.,provides a certain parameter basis.2.The variation of bamboo powder combustion performance under different atmosphere,heating rate and sample particle size was studied.The research shows that the N2 atmosphere will make the weight loss of the sample slower than the air atmosphere,and the main weight loss of the TG curve.When the peak is extended,the peak weight loss rate of the DTG curve is significantly lower;the increase of the heating rate will produce a thermal hysteresis effect,which will cause the combustion interval of the sample to move to the high temperature side,and the combustion rate,comprehensive combustion characteristic index and combustion kinetic parameters will increase,and the sample as a whole The combustion performance is improved;the continuous reduction of the particle size will lead to the advance of the whole weight loss process of the bamboo powder sample,the ignition temperature and activation energy of the sample are reduced,the combustion rate,the comprehensive combustion characteristic index are increased,and the self-ignition and fire risk are greatly improved.3.Using six kinds of phosphorus or inorganic chloride flame retardants,prepare flame retardant samples with different concentration ratios by solution mixing method,and set blank control samples,then carry out thermogravimetric experiments on each sample to calculate flame retardant samples.Various combustion characteristic parameters and combustion kinetic parameters were used to analyze the flame retardant properties of bamboo powder.The results showed that the flame retardant performance of each flame retardant at the optimum concentration was: calcium chloride > dihydrogen phosphate Ammonium > Magnesium chloride > Trisodium phosphate > Ammonium chloride > Ammonium polyphosphate,33% CaCl2-Z flame retardant sample has the best flame retardant effect on bamboo powder in a total of 18 flame retardant samples.
