Comparative Analysis And Research On The New And Old Steel Structure Systems Of Multi-storey Large-span Buildings

In the process of continuous development of China’s economy,the pace of research and development of independent innovation and technology has never stopped.For example,in China’s steel structure system,there is an emerging structural form,namely,fabricated steel grid box structure.China has always advocated circular economy.In order to make good use of resources and prevent pollution,this new steel structure can meet the requirements of circular economy.Compared with the old steel structure system,this new steel structure system has good performance and high cost performance in three-dimensional space.It is more tolerant and less costly.In addition,this fabricated grid box structure can also be applied in many fields.This paper mainly uses the comparative analysis method to analyze the old steel frame structure and the new assembled steel grid box structure.The main contents include:1.Establish the finite element model of the project,and compare the economic performance under the condition that the guarantee period and cycle ratio are close.The results show that the new structure saves steel and layer height.2.Using the column method to resist the continuous collapse analysis of the old steel structure and the new structure,the research shows that the box structure and the conventional structure system can meet the requirements of continuous collapse in the actual project,the box structure is more economical,and has Better ductility is a more advanced structural system than conventional steel structures.3.Dynamic elastoplastic analysis of old steel structure and new structure under rare earthquakes.The results show that the interlayer beam belongs to the first line of defense of the system,preventing the upper and lower ribs of the hollow beam and the wall frame column from yielding in a short time.The box structure has excellent ductility,and at the same time,it can solve the problem that the energy consumption of the conventional frame to the single-span multi-layer structure is inferior and the rigidity of the large earthquake is low.4.The assembly process of the steel grid box structure is expounded,and the general process and related operations such as planning,manufacturing and installation of the prefabricated building are briefly explained.
