In recent years;high speed development of domestic windpower industry;China has achieved the world's first in installed capacity of windpower.because the reliability requirements of the windturbine are not clear;leading to frequent problems of wind turbines.Fault analysis and fault warning of wind turbines can be use for maintenance of wind turbine;spare parts management;staffing prepare.In this paper;two methods of reliability analysis and fault diagnosis are used for improve the reliability of wind turbines.First;this paper focuses on the fault analysis of components and subsystems of wind turbines;use FTA;FMEA;FMECA tools to the faults analysis of wind turbines.Then;the failure modes of the actual operation of wind farm are statistically analyzed;to find out the law of the fault;analyze the cause of fault;analyze the current or potential effect;and puts the corresponding solution.The vibration condition monitoring systems and fault diagnosis system of the wind turibine are adopted in the testbed last. |
